About Dillon:

Dillon Turnbow’s mission is simple: to show that everyone has the ability to increase their own happiness — and the happiness of those around them. Through easy-to-follow steps and practical exercises, he proves that lasting joy isn’t out of reach, no matter your circumstances.

Having walked through dark seasons himself, Dillon came to realize that much of his own suffering was self-inflicted and unnecessary. That breakthrough became the spark for a new journey: helping others discover the same freedom and fulfillment.

 

Since 2014, Dillon has led happiness training programs for the largest nonprofit healthcare system in America, guiding thousands of people to greater joy, resilience, and effectiveness in both work and life.

My Approach:

The Scale Up Happiness program is built on two guiding principles:

1. The Science of Process Improvement – Drawing from Dillon’s expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, the program treats happiness like any other process: measurable, improvable, and scalable. Participants learn to apply proven tools and methods to build habits that reliably increase happiness over time.

2.  The Power of Connection – While most happiness programs stop at mindset and behavior, Dillon believes the deepest levels of fulfillment often come from connection: to ourselves, to others, and to God. The program does not promote any specific religion, but does draw on his personal experiences as a Catholic.
